Holmbury Ltd is a family run engineering business established in 1984 and based in Tonbridge, Kent. We provide hydraulic quick release couplings, valves and other hydraulic components to the construction, agricultural and many other key industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Internal Sales Administrator to join our team. Duties performed will include providing first point of contact for incoming sales enquiries, assisting members of the external sales team with administrative tasks, and providing a professional level of customer service to our extensive customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Reporting to the Internal Sales Team Leader
• Assisting members of the External Sales Team with Administrative Tasks and providing updates regarding customers, advising on customer orders and quotations
• Providing professional customer service and be the first point of contact for all Incoming Sales enquiries
• Competently use in-house SAP CRM database system
• Update current business partner customer details and input new business partner customer details as and when required
• Input Sales Orders / Sales Quotations for UK and overseas customers
• Arrange business partner returns and collections
• Raising AR Invoices / Credits
• Managing major OEM customers on a daily and weekly basis including weekly schedules
• Liaising directly with couriers and customers to arrange freight collections pallet deliveries
• Working closely with Warehouse Team regarding customer orders and scheduled deliveries
• Liaising with Accounts regarding payments received / late payments
• Ad-hoc Administrative duties as and when required
