Gooey Digital is looking for a sharp, creative, and data driven PPC Account Executive to support our impactful social media and search-led campaigns and help our clients grow their online visibility. You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering PPC campaigns that combine creativity, technical insight, and smart thinking.

We’d love you to be comfortable engaging with clients, joining meetings, and being part of the wider account management process. If you're at a more junior level, don’t worry - training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Regularly monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
- Write compelling ad copy, select appropriate creatives, and run A/B tests for continuous improvement.
- Ensure tracking is properly set up using Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics platforms.
- Reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for further optimisation.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience working in a digital marketing or PPC focused role
- Solid understanding of PPC best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics
- Comfortable managing client expectations and project timelines
- Organised, proactive, and curious about new digital marketing trends
