Our client is a well-established Insurance company, and they are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Handler Assistant (Trainee) to join their dynamic team.

The Role
As an Account Handler Assistant (Trainee), you will support the sales and servicing of insurance.
You'll be a key part of the New Business Team, providing excellent service to clients, brokers, and colleagues. You’ll assist customers through the entire process – from initial enquiry to policy completion – ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role comes with full on-the-job training and the opportunity to work towards a Cert CII qualification, fully supported by the company.
You’ll also have the chance to attend industry trade shows across the UK (approximately 8 per year), helping to showcase services and build client relationships.
They are seeking someone who is:
• Bright, personable, and confident in dealing with clients over the phone and by email
• Highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic about learning and ready to grow within a professional setting
• Accurate with strong attention to detail – especially when working under pressure
• Computer savvy, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Office products
Minimum Requirements:
• 5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades B or above in Maths & English)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service would be great, but it’s not essential – full training is provided.
