The finance department is undergoing a crucial transformation to rebuild a fragile reporting process that has relied heavily on spreadsheets and legacy systems. Your new role
As a Senior BI Developer / Senior Data Developer, you'll work closely with finance SMEs to understand and reconstruct their reporting workflows. You'll analyse and deconstruct Excel-based processes and SSAS Cube implementations, identify data complications, and write SQL queries that deliver actionable insights. You'll also support the integration of Dynamics AX 2012 data into a more resilient and scalable BI framework

What you'll need to succeed

* Strong experience with SSAS Cube technologies and multidimensional data models
* Advanced SQL skills, including query writing and performance tuning
* Ability to reverse-engineer and optimize Excel-based processes
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Experience working with finance teams and understanding financial data flows
* Desirable: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, especially in finance modules
