An exceptional and well established company is on the lookout for a NEW Property Administrator in their offices in Tunbridge Wells. This position will be to work closely with a client facing / sales team, overseeing all adminstraive and coordinative support.

This role is Mon – Fri 9-5, in exceptionally located offices in Tunbridge Wells
Hybrid working!!
Duties would include:
- Ensuring property transactions and sales run smoothly
- Liaising with and updating clients
- Working to support the client facing team in any way they need
- Working with files and documents, ensuring compliance and working to timeframes
- Drafting documents and contracts
- Updating records

This is a wonderful chance to perhaps move away from a sales oriented, target driven environment, or maybe continue to build upon property coordination/ sales administration and organisation skills….
Candidates ideally will have some experience of property sales or support!!
Salary £26,000-30,000 – depending on experience
