This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys having a real impact. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the highest level, you will be working on quotations and orders.
With a higher base salary, there’s no pressure to constantly hit sales targets – your focus will be on deepening your understanding of the products so that you can support the clients in the best way possible.

You wont need direct experience to be considered for this role, some administration and customer service experience is ideal. This role would suit someone who is looking to get out of a high pressure environment while working for a great company.
Key Responsibilities:
Process orders efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the supply chain team and gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
Ensuring that quotations are delivered in a timely manner.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience).

Experience in engineering or order processing would be advantageous, but it’s not essential.
