The Role

As Customs Manager, you will:

* Lead and develop a progressive team of Customs specialists.
* Oversee import/export compliance and advise on government guideline changes.
* Ensure best-in-class Customs Clearance tools, software, and practices.
* Drive training, induction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Implement IT solutions and interpret data to enhance service delivery.
* Shape the future of our Customs offering across the UK, EU, and beyond.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in Customs management.
* Strong knowledge of Customs Clearance laws and regulations.
* Leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
* Ability to manage complex processes and deliver under pressure.
