We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior / Assistant Site Engineer to join a dynamic team on a new-build residential development in Canterbury. This role involves supporting a team of experienced Site Engineers with setting out and groundworks for a large-scale housing and flat scheme.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with setting out duties for groundworks and infrastructure
* Support the engineering team with surveying, measurements, and quality checks
* Maintain accurate site records and reports
* Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations

✅ Ideal Candidate:

* Some experience or academic background in civil engineering or construction
* Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills on site
* Familiarity with setting out equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS) is a plus
* CSCS card preferred
