We’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our close-knit, supportive team. This is a role where the focus is on building relationships and delivering great service-without the pressure of aggressive KPIs or unrealistic targets.

This is a busy and varied position where no two days are the same. Its an excellent role for someone who wants to be able to be in charge of their own day.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Conducting property viewings and supporting applicants through the lettings process
- Building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
- Managing and marketing a large, existing portfolio of properties
- Helping landlords secure suitable, reliable tenants
- Supporting the wider team and continuing to develop your skills within the industry

- Keen to learn and develop within the property industry

Previous lettings experience is beneficial but not essential - we’re also happy to support someone looking to break into the industry.
