Residential Conveyancers required for high street West Sussex practice

(WFH 2-3 Days and part-time / flexible hours also on offer)

You will be either Solicitors, CILEXs or Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) with experience dealing with a range of Residential Property conveyancing matters.

Caseload includes sales/purchases, re-mortgages, auction sales, shared ownerships and new build sales. Any additional experience with enfranchisement or commercial sales/transfers and leases would be an advantage.

individuals must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems, additional/secretarial support will be on hand.

Very relaxed practice in terms of working hours/billing targets ect.
