What We're Looking For

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
* Experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
* Warm, patient and creative approach to teaching
* Strong understanding of phonics, early reading strategies and childhood development
* Flexibility, enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to pupil progress
