This is a full time, fixed length (12 month) position – available for interview and commencement now

Day-to-day, in this role, you will use your property sales / lettings experience to manage the journey of tenants from enquiry to post-move in. As the lead point of contact you will be involved with:-
- Property marketing, setting and managing listings.
- Speaking to, meeting with and registering applicants
- Organising and conducting viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Onboarding including referencing, checks, contracts and ensuring properties are managed
- Liaising with Property Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient handover
- Managing internal systems ensuring compliance


This is a reactive role, focused on maximising occupancy, compliance and customer experience looking after a growing, high-end portfolio – so could make an ideal move away from canvassing and business development

Excellent salary + package - £35-50,000 doe

Wonderful offices in Maidstone (hybrid)
1-2 days on site managing properties across Kent
