🔧 About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to secure ongoing work with a reputable contractor.
✅ Key Responsibilities

* Safely directing vehicle and plant movement on-site
* Ensuring safe entry and exit of delivery vehicles
* Banking vehicles and guiding heavy machinery
* Maintaining site safety and following health & safety procedures at all times
* Communicating clearly with site operatives and drivers
* Keeping pedestrian routes safe and well managed

🎯 Requirements

* Valid CPCS Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman Card (essential)
* Previous experience in a similar role on construction sites
* Good understanding of site safety regulations
* Strong communication skills
* High level of reliability and punctuality
* Full PPE
