Handyperson - Commercial Construction

Our client, a major player in the UK construction sector, is looking to appoint a skilled and reliable Handyperson to support delivery across a portfolio of large-scale commercial build projects in Brighton and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out general maintenance, snagging, and finishing works on commercial construction sites
* Support site teams with minor multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, patching, painting, and general repairs.
* Ensure all tasks are completed to strict quality standards and project deadlines
* Assist with site presentations and final handover works
* Identify and rectify defects efficiently
* Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

About You

* Previous experience working on commercial construction projects as a Handyperson, Multi-Trader, or similar
* Strong all-round practical skills across multiple trades
* Experience working in fast-paced, site-based environments
* High attention to detail, particularly with finishing and snagging works
* Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Requirements

* Valid CSCS Card (essential)
* Own tools suitable for general site work
* Good understanding of site health & safety practices
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
