Experienced Carpenter - 1st & 2nd Fix (Refurbishment Project)

Job Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team on a refurbishment project in the SO32 area. The role will involve both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry works on a residential/commercial refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities

* Completing 1st fix carpentry (stud work, joists, roofing, framework)
* Carrying out 2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architrave, kitchens, finishing work)
* Working from drawings and specifications
* Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
* Collaborating effectively with site managers and other trades

Requirements

* Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* CSCS card preferred (not always essential depending on site)
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
