We’re recruiting a Manufacturing Operative to join an established, successful, and growing manufacturing business in the Tonbridge area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, problem solving, and being part of a team. You don’t need to know everything from day one - full training will be provided, giving you the chance to learn a variety of manufacturing techniques and develop your skills as you progress.

You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team, with a competitive salary, no weekend working and genuine opportunities for long-term development!

Your working pattern will be made up of rotating shifts of:

- 6:00am-2:00pm
- 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Every other Friday off when working the late shift
- No weekends

This shift pattern would be perfect for someone looking for a role with structure, variety, and a fantastic work-life balance.

What you’ll be doing:

- Supporting day-to-day manufacturing and production operations
- Learning and carrying out a variety of production techniques and processes
- Enduring products are manufactured accurately and to a high standard
- Following safe working procedures and production instructions
- Working closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Taking pride in your work and contributing to consistently high-quality products

About you:

- A practical, hardworking and reliable individual
- Someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing

A full driving license is essential due to the location and working hours. Candidates must also live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Tonbridge area.

What’s on offer:

- £25,300 per annum
