We are working with an outstanding company that is on the hunt for a talented, enthusiastic CAD designer to join their growing team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic chance to work on an increasing portfolio and to join a company that values ideas, creativity and design precision.

You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, develop your skills and help transform initial concepts into detailed, professional designs.

Working with a collaborative, likeminded design team, you will help to take projects from initial brief through to detailed design, technical documentation and final submission:
• Produce detailed technical plans, space layouts and design arrangements, meeting individual project requirements.
• Creating elevations, technical drawings and detailed design packages using software such as Vectorworks
• Developing creative concepts and turning them into accurate designs
• Producing and refining 2D drawings and 3D models to communicate design
• Working on layouts, arrangements, kits and components within design packages
• Preparing sketches, plans, supporting documentation and drawings for submission
• Interpreting briefs and developing them into designs

With no two projects the same, you will be given the chance to work across a varied portfolio, develop your abilities and expand your creative experience!

What we are looking for:
- Proficiency in CAD (ideally use of Vectorworks or similar)
- Creative and detailed orientated eye
- Someone who is technically minded and enjoys producing detailed technical drawings
