We’re recruiting for an established and growing manufacturing business in Tonbridge looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Manufacturing Operative to join their friendly production team!

You don’t need years of manufacturing experience, full training is provided! What matters is that you’re practical, switched-on, enjoy keeping busy and take pride in doing a job properly.

What you’ll be doing:

- Learning a range of manufacturing and production processes
- Producing high-quality products with care and accuracy
- Working alongside an experienced, supportive team
- Keeping production running smoothly
- Following safe working procedures
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Using your practical skills to solve everyday production challenges

The shifts:

You’ll be rotating between:

- 6:00am-2:00pm
- 2:00pm-10:00pm
- And there’s a big bonus… every other Friday on the late shift is off!

That means no weekends, regular time off during the day depending on your shift, and every other late shift week comes with an early start to your weekend.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Practical and enjoys hands-on work
- Reliable, hardworking and positive
- Keen to learn new skills
- Good with detail and quality
- Happy working as part of a friendly team
- Looking for something stable with long-term potential

Previous manufacturing experience is useful, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
A full driving license and access to a car are essential due to the location and shift times, and you’ll need to live within a reasonable distance of Tonbridge.
