IT SUPPORT/DESIGN ASSISTANT REQUIRED

The ideal candidate would need to have experience in the field of IT, conversant with all Microsoft windows programs.
You would be working alongside a senior colleague helping with day to day running of IT support dept.

Be knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator, In Design, CRM Databases, Outlook,

Strong hands-on experience configuring and deploying pcs.

Some designing of documents and literature may be required, where you would be working alongside the Marketing team.

Dealing with IT issues on site, looking after the main server which runs the system in the offices and factory and working with our external support company to solve problems.
Looking through archives to locate older documents/materials.

Also, helping deal with some of the issues we have with the many Toshiba printer/photocopiers we have onsite.

At times would be required to get information from the web for the Managing Director, to generate lists for mailshots, information that has been on the news, work on price lists from time to time.

May be asked to help deal with problems with the telephone system, working alongside of General Manager and telecommunications company.

Be able to work on their own when required.
Able to take instructions from staff and fulfil the job in a timely manner.

Full Time Position – Hours: 08.30-5.30pm – Monday – Friday

28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays)

Salary according to experience, discussed in interview.

Would need own transport due to the location of the office, as no public transport serves the village

This is also a non-smoking site, due to the nature of the business.
