We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and rapidly growing company in Plumstead, South East London.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment agency is essential with proven sales and business development skills / experience to set up, build and run a new desk. A 360 recruiter.

We are open to sectors.

Main duties will include:
- Business development using new leads and also your own contacts and knowledge to win new business
- Advertising to resource candidates (both temp and perm)
- Interviewing Candidates
- Registration and Induction of the workers
- Ensuring Compliance
- Assisting team to service existing clients

A smart appearance and excellent telephone manner is vital as is a Knowledge of Office packages (esp Word, Excel)
Own transport or a driving licence is essential as the successful candidate will need to carry out sales in the London, Essex and Kent areas and also attend meetings with active clients.

Working hours Monday to Friday, 9am till 5:30pm, with flexibility needed during busy periods.
