Go Resource are looking to hire a bright and ambitious Temporary Romanian Planning Agent to provide support to our growing onsite network based in Rochester in Kent.
As a Planner you will be required to book all staff into multiple clients that require temporary staff
Possible Temp - Perm for the right candidate must be able to drive as you will be required to check in the staff you have planned into work on occasion.
The role will include the following :
* Conducting candidate screening calls
* Booking staff into work on a fixed shift rota
* Uploading worker hours and creating workflow plan
* Candidate Resource & registration
Looking at ways to increase our exposure on various social media channels including Facebook
We are passionate about our team and employee engagement and development hence keen to speak with anyone who wishes to move into a recruitment admin role moving forwards. For the right person, we will work closely with you to get you to where you want to be, whether that's working as an Customer Coordinator or more and we will give you the toolkit for your progress at your own pace, giving you the best possible platform to succeed.
