Clark James Insurance Recruitment have this exciting senior position within the leadership team of a busy Motor Insurance Business which will suit a candidate with a good level of technical motor claims experience who is looking for a more rewarding challenge.
The job holder will provide an assessment of skills gap analysis, and identify ongoing training requirements as the business requires.
Analyse, draft reports and respond to financial performance metrics ensuring granular understanding of underlying developments, deploying actions both remedial and opportunistic.
To contribute to development of company’s Technical Audit Programme, processes, and to ensure that all the selected claims are audited thoroughly and appropriately.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:
5 – 10 years in an insurance claims handling and/or claims supervisory role.
Minimum of 1 year audit experience, to include management of the audit function.
