We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading service providers based in Kings Hill.
Working for a dynamic and fast paced company that prides itself on excellent customer service the main purpose of the role will be:
* Generating new business, up selling and cross selling to existing customers.
* To have an understanding of and to meet a monthly new business target, meet agreed KPI's and provide regular accurate sales forecasts.
* To promote all products and services, follow up on referrals, new leads and to liaise with internal staff ensuring connected properly.
* Previous experience within the Telecoms industry selling lines and calls, telephone systems, leased line and IP telephony.
* A proven strong experience of selling business to business.
* Ability to build rapport and develop relationships at all levels.
* Experience of conversing and presenting to senior management and business owners.
* A proven track record of achieving new business targets and exceeding KPI's.
* Be articulate, professional, credible, ethical and posses good business acumen.
* Able to network effectively, spot opportunities, close deals and to effectively manage the after sales process and build internal and external
relationships to maximise results for the company.
* Friendly, outgoing, with a professional appearance.
* A good team player with a flexible approach.
