We are currently searching for a Graduate/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our well established construction based client located Medway.
The office is modern and open planned and you will be working within a team of 7.
This position comes with a strong network support, offering training and development leading to internal progression into an Estimator role.
The ideal candidate will have either a relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or recent experience in a QS role. You must have experience or be confident in dealing with NEC and JCT contracts solely.
Other duties may include but wont be limited to;
Building new client relationships whilst maintaining existing
Identifying and maximising sales through existing contracts
Negotiating contracts and tenders
Being responsible for sub contractors contracts
The position is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
