A great opportunity has arisen with this specialist bookkeeping firm who are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join them.

As part of an accountancy group, the firm has a substantial and varied client base. The bookkeeping team is an autonomous function and provides a comprehensive support service to their clients.
As a Bookkeeper, you will hold responsibility for your own customer portfolio and support them through bookkeeping, VAT returns, reconciliations, payroll, CIS, cashflows and some management accounting.

Qualified to AAT level 4, with previous work as a bookkeeper is essential to be considered for this position. Experience of working for a practice of accountants is certainly preferable. Knowledge of Sage software packages, XERO and QuickBooks accounting packages would be beneficial.

You will be working both in the Medway office and at client premises across the area, so your own transport is essential.
