A Marketing Manager is required to join a growing organisation based in the South of Kent.
Reporting into the Senior Management Team, the incoming candidate will be expected to design and execute a full marketing strategy for the business. Supervising a handful of Marketing Executives the role will see you develop the team into a skilled, dynamic workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brand Management (creating awareness, promotion), and have broad marketing exposure across the marketing mix in its entirety; from traditional marketing (exhibitions and trade events), through to offline marketing (print, brochures, and magazines), as well as encompassing online (digital, SEO, and PPC), and e-commerce.
Applicants will need to have marketing experience gained from a product background - B2B or B2C will be considered. Demonstrable personnel management experience will be required in order to make a successful application. You will be a creative, dynamic thinker - capable of leading by example. Strong communication skills are required - both written and verbal.
