EXCITING OPPORTUNITY WITHIN A MAIN CAR DEALERSHIP

BASIC SALARY UPTO £25,000 DOE + OTE £30,000 + BONUS

My client, a busy dealership is looking for an SERVICE ADVISER.

Main duties that you will cover as a service adviser:

Duties

Booking customers in for services and repairs.
Working to targets, both personal and team orientated.
Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
Upselling additional work, packages, warranties etc.
Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs
Updating customers on progress of work.
Arranging courtesy cars for customers.
Up-selling hours in the workshop
Basic admin

Requirements:

You will be customer friendly and ensure you give the best service to customers
Main dealership experience but not essential
You will work within a team and deliver excellent service
Good attitude, work ethic and outlook
You will be smartly presented
Must have customer skills

Work pattern is Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with Saturdays 8.30am to 1.00pm on rota.
