Barker Munro recruitment ltd has a new role as a Regional Claims manager for a large Motor Insurer based out of their Chelmsford branch.

The key responsibilities for the role are to manage the regional claims teams and to deliver maximum performance, against all key performance indicators. aligning performance of regional teams, to support delivery of the wider Third Party Claims targets & objective and to drive maximum operational efficiencies to support delivery of claims budgets. You will be required to participate in senior claims leadership activities, contributing to the development and delivery of claims strategies.

Additional responsibilities include Operational and Technical leadership of the Third Party Claims Team Leaders, including acting as a referral point for staff. Using all relevant MI track performance of your teams, identifying trends, areas of improvement, working with wider TP Leadership team to drive outcomes.

We are seeking candidates with a background in Motor Claims specifically with Third Party claims, experience of overseeing large teams and with a track record for driving operational performance, balancing this with reducing indemnity spend and leakage Successful applicants must also have Change Management experience and strong people skills.
