AFTERSALES MANAGER
Humphries & Parks Kent’s award winning, family owned Mitsubishi dealership is expanding. We need to strengthen our management team by recruiting an outstanding After-sales Manager to lead our Service and Parts Departments across the business.
minimum 3 years experience customer facing service experience required, along with a track record of consistent success in your previous roles. Maths GCSE or equivalent is essential.
You will be working with the General Manager in delivering industry leading levels of customer satisfaction and retention, you will drive after sales performance and workshop productivity to exceed budgets through hands on management of your department.
