This role will be a targeted position, to existing (or newly lapsed) customers, working with them to understand what their needs are from the service, and what you can offer to keep them as a customer, using the great retention tools that the business can offer.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

* Call out to existing/recently lapsed clients to retain business;
* Ensure full product knowledge and retention tools are up-to-date at all times to offer the customer the best offer to retain the business;
* Work with customers to identify needs and offer additional products and services;
* Exceed both individuals KPI's and the teams;
* Capture all customer data and ensure recorded accurately on the CRM system.
