SEN Teaching Assistant - short/long term placements - Aylesford

Your new school
Hays Education are working in partnership with various schools in the Aylesford who require SEN Teaching Assistants for short and long term placements.

Your new role
You will be working in various schools supporting in the classroom or on a one to one basis to support students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will vary dependant on the role and the students you may be working with.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working with students with special educational needs in a school environment, either on a classroom, one to one or group basis. You will need to be a friendly, outgoing and motivated person who is keen to go in to different school environments and adapt to their needs and requirements.

What you'll get in return
You will work with a dedicated consultant and have the ability to manage your own work schedule. Flexibility will be required in order to meet the requirements of the schools needs.
