Tinder Corporation is a fast-growing IT and technology services business based in Chatham Maritime, Kent. We provide a range of IT, telecommunications, cabling and other related services to various businesses throughout the South East.
Owing to our continued expansion, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team.
You will work as part of the administrative function of the business, forming a central hub through which all sales processes pass.
You will help the CEOs of the business ensure process and procedure within the sales functions of the business are adhered to and that our required standards are met both in our normal commercial sales and our larger project based activities.
General duties will include;
• Work with the CEOs, our sales staff, our clients and suppliers to progress sale-to-order-to-invoice processes ensuring processes are adhered to and standards met.
• Utilise our business systems to produce reports and compile the relevant management information as required.
• Police the quality of information being used within our Sales Order Processing system and liaise with the relevant parties to ensure accuracy.
• Checking of purchase costs and stock availability.
• Processing the ordering of required goods and services.
• Forming a communications channel between the sales and the service delivery functions of the business.
• Liaise with the CEOs, sales staff, suppliers, subcontractor and partners to assist in the successful day-to-day management and delivery of our services.
• Work with the required parties to assist in the day-to-day management and administration of our larger project-based sales.
You must be a driven, self-motivated individual who can work as part of a team as well as independently.
You must demonstrate a keen eye for detail, an understanding of the need for process, procedure and the importance of delivering to a high standard.
You should be organised and diligent, whilst remaining flexible and adaptable without sacrificing quality.
You will need excellent telephone and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to both police and motivate your peers.
You will need excellent mathematics and English language skills as well as have a desire to continually learn new skills.
Exposure to project management methodologies will be considered an advantage, but is not a specific requirement.
