Following a period of rapid expansion The Kings Ferry Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work collaboratively with the Leadership Team to develop the HR Agenda to support the Group’s Strategic Growth Plan
The Kings Ferry Group has achieved unparalleled growth in recent years. To drive continued success we are seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner with exceptional communication skills who can lead HR transformation across the Group to support continued growth
The ability to build credible relationships with the Leadership Team will be a pre requisite for success in this demanding yet exciting role
Primary role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own and develop the Group’s People Strategy, offer guidance on strategic & operational HR issues, policies & process across a multi-site operation
Working closely with the Leadership Team and central HR function you will lead the development and delivery of effective HR strategies, policies, practices and programmes which engage our people. You seek to align HR initiatives with the business and people strategies.
The successful candidate will be keen to benchmark progress and results and drive continuous improvement.
Your daily duties will include:
• Responsible for delivering the People Agenda to support the Strategic Growth Plan across The Kings Ferry Group.
• Develop and translate HR Strategy and People Agenda for the Group into deliverable plans - that align with business strategy.
• Lead the implementation of projects in line with budget and overall People Plan.
• First point of contact for day to day HR queries. Lead on all ER cases, partner with Managers and internal stakeholders to help identify HR interventions and create high performing teams.
• Bring commercial and people insight to help create the best possible place to work; whilst ensuring the delivery of key business objectives.
• Play a lead role in staff engagement
• Work closely with the National Express central HR Team
Skills & Experience:
• Extensive HR Generalist experience including managing complex ER cases in a multi-site set up
• You should be highly commercial and able to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
• Educated to degree level or CIPD qualified
• Must possess a demonstrable track record of achievement in an HR Business Partner role
• Well organised, an individual who is comfortable working in a fast moving & changing environment. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously is essential
• Full, current driving licence
