The Administration Department are seeking an Administrator to provide administration support in our Biggin Hill office.

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Provide administration support to the Administration Department
* Open post and distribute
* Screen telephone calls, take written messages and respond to routine enquiries
* Ensure office stationery cupboard is fully stocked and tidy
* File departmental paperwork
* Maintain department stationary cupboard
* Raise orders for the department as requested
* Scan documents as requested

- Cover reception daily – post and lunch / holiday cover

- Assist Clothing Co-ordinator with clothing issue/return and deal with ad hoc queries in their absence

- Administer Guest Pass process – ensuring all requests adhere to strict deadlines

- Assist Administrator with maintaining Company Archives including the database ensuring all shredding complies with GDPR

- Complete credit card statements and expenses for Department

- Assist with Administering the Company Time and Attendance System

- Assist in administering the Company Access System, including badge making

- Assist the Admin Manager with the One Event Pass Process and associated admin

- Conduct DVLA checks as and when required

- Order stationary / clothing / toners for circuit replenishment after each race and ensure sent out to the next event

- To undertake other duties within your capabilities as your manager may assign to you from time to time


About You:

Experience:
- Previous experience of working with a HR office would advantageous

Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent Administration Skills
- Ability to multi task
- Flexibility in approach to work
- Proficient in MS Office (excel / word)
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication/organisation/time management skills
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Personal Qualities:
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
