We are currently recruiting for a large project running for over 1 year (until April 2020) in the Ramsgate and Broadstairs area.
You will be working in teams consisting of machine operatives, a ganger, groundworkers and labourers working together to ensure work is completed on each part of the project before moving on to the next area (all locations are in Ramsgate or Broadstairs). The working hours are 6am to 5pm (11 hours paid) on a rota of 11 days on 3 days off. This will mean on week 1 you will work Monday to Sunday and week 2 Monday to Thursday with the Friday to Sunday off. This rota will be repeated throughout the year.
We are in the process of agreeing rates with the client, once the rate is agreed with you and the client this will be locked in for 12 months so will need to be suitable for you for the entirety of the contract.
