Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with a love for great food. You will enjoy giving great customer service to provide an efficient and welcoming environment. As Assistant Manager you role will be 'hands on' and you will be expected to actively assist the Manager in the daily running of the pub. As part of your duties you will be involved in all aspects of the running of the pub, becoming involved in food and drink tastings, inducting new staff, event organisation and driving the business forward.

You will need prior experience in a restaurant or pub environment, although further training would be given to develop your skills. This is a progressive group so there is always opportunities for career advancement.

The generous salary package is up to £22,500, depending on experience, plus tips and benefits including childcare vouchers, sharesave and pension scheme, free food on shift.
