A vacancy has arisen in the Customer Relations department for the position of Customer Relations Executive.
Responsibilities and Tasks are as follows:
• Responding to Post Departure Complaints with the aim of restoring the customer’s faith in Mercury Holidays
• Investigating the client’s complaints fully whether it be with overseas partners or internally
• Listening to Phone Calls as part of the investigation
• Responding to Post Trip Reviews in form of an email or by calling the client directly
• Responding to any issues for clients who are on holiday
• Any other duties deemed necessary by either your Manager or Director.
The successful candidate will need very good organisational skills, excellent writing and communications skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Salary will be disclosed upon application.
