Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor? Are you available immediately and looking for your next role? Handling incoming calls, this could be the role for youâ¦
Your duties would include:
* Answering calls from the vulnerable and elderly
* Taking details of any incident
* Contacting emergency services as required
* Handling calls in a calm manner
* Updating the database
This role is based on a 12 hour shift pattern of 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, at the most you will work 4 shifts in a row. This role is starting immediately after an interview and won't be around for long so if you are interested - Apply Now!
