Company Profile
A global leader in what they do, with worldwide distribution channels. Their headquartered are in Broadstairs, on a 4.5-hectare site incorporating high-tech manufacturing and research and development facilities.

Position Expectations
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Systems Sales department of a world leading organisation. This is an extremely busy and varied position, supporting a number of people with in the team regarding the sales and marketing activities of the department.

Key responsibilities and tasks
• Organise & administer equipment shipping through OEM’s and end customers
• Update and maintain the Product database
• Assist with the preparation of product information/launch documents
• Manage the global standardised communication documents
• Assist with the organisation and coordination of events and exhibitions worldwide
• Organise the delivery of samples to strict deadlines
• Administer financial PO’s for the commercial team
• Update the budget spreadsheet and process rebates for individual customers
• Complete marketing and sales-related reports
• Provide administrative support for market related projects, commercial team activities and the Commercial Director as required
• Assist with monthly project and team updates to Tokyo

To be successful in this role applicants will need to be proactive, well organised and have the energy to keep a number of ‘plates spinning’ at one time with clear, confident communication skills, the ability to work well within a team and great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
This is an ideal introduction to a marketing department for an ambitious individual with a flexible approach and a team working attitude.
A full driving license and the ability to travel is a prerequisite for this position.
