We are currently on the look out for a Service Administrator for a one year fixed-term contract. You will be supporting customers and internal staff that are out in the field. This organisation have been trading for over 100 years and started life as a family business, they are proud to still hold some of the same values today. Main duties include:
* Raising PO's
* Ordering all 3rd party items for the business
* Closing down engineers' daily jobs
* Raising renewals
* Approving supplier invoices
* Manage all inventory stock
* General telephone answering (internal and external)
* Opening, distributing and sorting post
* Updating and maintaining the inhouse system
* Co-coordinating annual leave calendar for staff
The Ideal Candidate
* Customer service and administration background is also required
* Ability to work both alone and within a team
* Must be proficient in Microsoft office programmes (esp. outlook and word)
* Previous SAP would be desirable
The hours for this role will alternate between 8am - 4:30pm and 9am - 5:30pm
The salary for this role is £19,500 per annum
*March start available*
