Your new role
This is a newly created role in which you will learn about the company's value chain and how various customer groups interact.You will liaise across the company with different divisions & functions and extract data from multiple sources to analyse costs & profitability of projects. You will help determine the viability of potential new business and identify potential synergies with existing business. You will determine global stock distribution levels.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA), although my client is happy to consider other candidates with outstanding experience. You must have advanced Excel skills, know how to work with large data files, extract & manipulate relevant data and present it in a meaningful way, including PowerPoint. Superior BI skills would be advantageous, as well as good working knowledge of MS Dynamics. Any experience of international supply chain, air cargo or logistics would be advantageous but not as essential as outstanding analytical skills. You will be well organised, methodical and demonstrate an outstanding work ethic.
