Bakkavor Tilmanstone Salads have a number of Factory Operatives roles available for immediate interview and start in March and throughout March

We have a variety of shift patterns and shift times available to suit your needs and lifestyle

The shifts and patterns we have available to select and choose from are;

1, Factory Operative Days 6am-4pm = 4on 2off shift pattern = £8.17 per hour

2, Factory Operative Evenings 4pm-2am = 5on 2off shift pattern = £8.29 per hour

3, Factory Operative Nights 9pm-6am = 4on 2off shift pattern = £8.41 per hour

These jobs are based in Tilmanstone and means own transport or a guaranteed daily lift is needed no / limited public transport

In our Tilmanstone Salads site we produce first class Salads products including leafy salad bags, leafy salad bowls, takeaway salad meals, prepared vegetables & side dishes for one of our most prestigious customers in our state of the art factory.

The role?

As we continue to grow and provide outstanding customer service to our clients, we are looking to recruit a number of Factory Operatives to come and join us and become a part of our successful team at Tilmanstone Salads.

As a Factory Operative you will be preparing, mixing and ensuring the production lines are operating efficiently.
You will be a team player, resilient and will be able to adapt to a factory environment as it can be busy, pressured, cold and wet. Your safety is our priority and to ensure this we will provide you with training and the relevant personal protective equipment.

What will it take?
We require all applicants to have a basic understanding of English Literacy and Numeracy (ESOL2)
A can do attitude is a must
Self-motivated and flexible
Will be able to follow the required quality and hygiene standards
