Digital Customer Services - Chatham - Temp ongoing

Salary: £9.00 per hour

The Role:

We are looking for a confident, digital minded individual with a strong background in customer services and resolving queries. You will be handling all inbound calls from new and existing customers who are looking to discuss their account, products/services; including (but not limited to) subscription management, app, mobile, tablet & online support.

We are looking for someone to deliver best in class customer service with professionalism and empathy, focusing on engagement. You will need to be a technically minded individual who deals well with pressure.

Location: Chatham

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm and 1 in 3 Saturday Morning's 9.00 am - 1.00 pm.
