Job Description

* Sourcing and meeting candidates through advertising, registrations and networking via LinkedIn
* Matching candidates to vacancies ensuring that you establish an excellent understanding of their requirements and providing them with an unrivalled service
* Maintaining regular contact with existing candidates using our intuitive CRM
* Scheduling and arranging interviews and offering support and advice to candidates to increase their success rate

The Successful Applicant

* Experience in recruitment would be ideal but not essential
* You will be ambitious and driven to finding outstanding candidates and matching them to relevant vacancies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to build lasting relationships with your candidates
* Strong educational background
* The ability to work within a fast paced and target driven environment
* Team player with strong teamwork ethics
* Career minded and passionate
