IT Support Analyst
I am working with small Kent based company who are looking for someone to join their internal support team dealing with all 1st/2nd line support queries for their clients. This will include travel to client sites to deal with installs and onsite issues.
Required Experience:
* Experience working within a client focused technical support role
* Strong experience with Active Directory
* Experience across Windows Server, including knowledge of update and deployment services
* Knowledge of domains, including knowledge of trees, forests and the differences between them
* Experience dealing with installs, maintenance and server management
* Experience with ticket management systems
