Call Centre Advisors!
£19-20,000 per annum DOE
A new position has become available within the emergency contact team of an expanding and growing business. You will answer the phone, answering and handling emergency medical calls (which can include injury, sickness or death)
Working on a 3 week rota 8 hours per day, in between the hours of 8am and 8pm (including weekends and public holidays)
The role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team to provide the appropriate response to emergencies.
