Trainee Penetration Tester - £24,000
Having an extremely successful year this forward thinking IT Security leader are looking for a Trainee Penetration Tester to join the growing IT team! The company have achieved 5 elite accreditations from within the industry, being strong contenders for its competitors. They have been trading for 25 years and having offices in the UK and globally.

The Role
The Trainee Penetration Tester will be working alongside a different variety of people form within the business from junior level to high-level senior members of staff. You will start with assisting colleagues and be trained up to leading projects. As the Trainee Penetration Tester you will perform tests both internally (from within a client's network) and externally (over the Internet) against network targets (e.g. firewalls, servers, etc.), client systems (e.g. desktops, mobile devices, thin clients, etc.) and web applications.
Training closely follows the Council for Registered Ethical Security Testers (CREST) syllabus and you will be working towards the CPSA qualification and then CREST Registered Tester.
You must have a knowledge oexperince of Penetration Testing in order to concidered for this role.
The Candidate
The ideal Trainee Penetration Tester will have or be working towards a degree in a computer-related discipline, Degree in a scientific subject with some relevant work experience or have experience of system administration or network management. You will have a forward thinking attitude and have a desire for your own personal development. This role will offer lots of progression, with the offices based in the Kent area.
