Our client a global market leader in the mobility industry are looking to recruit a 1st Line Support Technician to join their expanding team.
Ideally candidates will have worked in a 1st line support or 1st line Helpdesk support role and in this role they will be supporting the daily operation of the existing IT business system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of new IT equipment (laptops, phones etc.);
* Creating SQL queries and views;
* Administration of the servers;
* Support the designing and deployment of business solutions across the company;
* Supporting the daily operation of the existing IT Business Systems;
* Applicants MUST have a driving license and car.
Desirable:
* Working Knowledge of Salesforce;
* Working experience of SQL Database Development;
* Working knowledge of Cloud first technologies;
* Working experience of Microsoft environments.
If you are self-motivated, have excellent organisation skills and are an analytical problem solver with IT 1st line support experience then this could be the role for you.
