We are currently seeking individuals to fulfill a role with an up-and-coming company as a Shore Excursion Product Manager. Candidates must be well organised, methodical and ideally have experience within the cruise industry.

Candidates must be aspirational to match the goal-driven spirit of the client team, and thrive working alongside a group of ambitious individuals. The perfect candidate must be able to consistently deliver high levels of passenger satisfaction, and maximise revenue and profit through customer service.

Extensive knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations and places of historical or cultural interest ashore is crucial in this role. A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is required. The position also requires a strong commercial awareness and a methodical and organised approach, with impeccable time management skills.
