Prominent and successful independent firm based in Tunbridge Wells now has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced client supervisor or portfolio manager, keen to take that all important next step.

This firm service a broad range of clients ranging from sole traders through to group companies with a turnover in excess of £70 million. They are currently growing at an rate of 10% and look to continue this growth either organically or through acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Managing a mixed portfolio of statutory year-end and tax based clients on behalf of the Partners
Providing a pivotal link between the Partners and the bulk of the remaining accountancy staff
Taking a lead on marketing, business developing and cross-selling opportunities within the firm
Proving leadership and ongoing support to the more junior members of the team
Reviewing case files and offering improvements and solutions
Advising clients on various tax issues; including strategy and advisory

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:-

ACA/ACCA qualified with in excess of 5 years' PQE
Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and a small to medium sized internal team
Exceptional communication skills; an ability to lead and inspire others
Want to play an integral part in a growing and profitable business
